Non-Woven Felt Manufacturing,
Built Sustainably
Making Every Step Count for the Environment
For over three decades, Tulsi Overseas has been committed to creating industrial materials with environmental responsibility at the core. Through responsible sourcing, efficient resource use, and working toward GRS alignment, we deliver high-quality felt and non-woven solutions that help industries reduce their environmental footprint.
India-based company committed to building a more sustainable future through responsible material sourcing, working toward GRS alignment, and environmentally conscious solutions — serving mattress, automotive, and industrial buyers across India and export markets.
Sustainability Built Into Every Step of Manufacturing
We are working toward Global Recycled Standard (GRS) alignment across our production, sourcing recycled materials for select felt and non-woven product lines, and reducing environmental impact across our manufacturing process — because export buyers, and the planet, expect more than a claim.
01
Working Toward GRS Alignment
We are working toward Global Recycled Standard (GRS) alignment in our sourcing and production, with a focus on responsible recycled materials.
02
Recycled Material Sourcing
Recycled input is available across select eligible product lines within our felt and non-woven range. Availability and percentage are confirmed per specification on request.
03
Responsible Production
Specific production practices — such as water reduction, energy efficiency, or waste management — will be published here once formally verified. We do not publish unverified claims.
Disclaimer: We are not currently GRS certified and do not claim official certification.

Questions Before Your Next Order?
What does Tulsi Overseas manufacture?
Tulsi Overseas manufactures recycled non-woven needle-punch felt — hard cotton mattress felt, automotive NVH felt and namda/soft felt — at its plant in Panipat, Haryana, India, supplying customers across India and worldwide since 1993.
Are your products made from recycled materials?
Yes. Our felt is made from sorted recycled textile fibre, opened, blended and needle-punched with no chemical binders. We're working toward Global Recycled Standard (GRS) alignment across eligible product lines.
Can felt be made to a custom GSM and size?
Yes. We make felt to any GSM, width and thickness, supplied as rolls, cut sheets or die-cut parts. Every order is built to your specification with no minimum order quantity on enquiry.
What quality control processes do you follow?
We control the entire manufacturing line in-house, from fibre blending through needle punching and thermal bonding, and hold GSM and density to your specification on every batch.
How do we request a quote or place a bulk order?
Send your material, GSM, size and quantity through the quote form, WhatsApp, or phone — we'll come back with pricing and lead time.
