Our story
Founded in 1993 in Panipat, Haryana — India's textile-recycling heartland — Tulsi Overseas began in home furnishing and grew into a dedicated manufacturer of recycled non-woven needle-punch felt.
As mattress makers and automotive component suppliers discovered the same felt worked for their insulation and structural layers, the business grew around one constant: control the whole process ourselves, so a promised specification is a kept one. Today that focus is on mattress and automotive felt. (For how that actually works, see our manufacturing process.)
The business is run by the Gupta family — Vishal Gupta, Simran Gupta, Himanshu Gupta — and built on a simple promise: the right felt, made to your specification, delivered reliably.
